KubeNet in ‘milestone’ acquisition of ISN Solutions – Daily Business

Kube Networks, a Glasgow-based ISP and provider of managed IT services, has acquired Aberdeen company ISN Solutions Group.

The acquisition represents a key milestone in KubeNet’s year-on-year expansion, which includes organic growth and through a targeted acquisition strategy. It recently received a £2.25 million investment from Maven Capital Partners.

ISN will allow KubeNet to enhance its service capabilities and extend its geographic footprint across the UK.

The deal enable’s the KubeNet team to deliver more comprehensive and scalable IT and technology services to its growing client base. 

ISN has grown in north-east Scotland, delivering to SME and corporate clients across the energy and professional services sector.

The acquisition advances KubeNet’s reach in a strategically important region and strengthens both businesses service offering in key markets.  

ISN will continue to operate under its existing name for an initial transition period. Following this, the business will be fully integrated into KubeNet and operate under the KubeNet brand.
