M Squared invests in repairs firm EBS Construction – Daily Business

Commercial landscape and groundworks specialist M Squared completed a seven-figure investment into Glasgow-based repairs and maintenance specialist, EBS Construction.

EBS has more than 50 years of experience in structural repairs, stone masonry and building restoration works across Scotland.

The company directors, David Sinclair and Brian Ticcioni, will remain with the business. Mr Sinclair said: “Partnering with a confident and progressive company like M Squared marks a pivotal moment for EBS.”

Mr Ticcioni, added: “This investment from M Squared marks a significant milestone in the long history of EBS.”

The news comes as M Squared celebrated its 10-year anniversary and reaching the annual revenue milestone of c.£10m for the first time.

The business is now targeting £25m in revenue by 2027 and aiming to grow the team to over 125 members via organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
