Pask to head Shakespeare Martineau in Scotland – Daily Business

Shakespeare Martineau has appointed Fiona Pask as head of Scotland as it continues its expansion north of the border.

Based in the firm’s Edinburgh hub, Ms Pask has nearly 20 years in the legal profession specialising in dispute resolution.

She has acted in a wide range of complex and high-value litigations across both public and private sectors. As well as a prominent practice in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session, she has led appeals to the United Kingdom Supreme Court.

“Scotland presents huge opportunities for the firm and I’m looking forward to growing our talented team, developing our service offering, and deepening our local and national relationships,” she said.

Ms Pask’s appointment follows a period of rapid expansion for Shakespeare Martineau’s Scottish practice, which launched in 2020.
